Who We Help:

How Does The WorkCover System Work in NSW?

If you sustain an injury at work, you must inform your employer about the incident. Additionally, you should visit your general practitioner, who will evaluate your condition and issue a WorkCover certificate accordingly.

In order for us to start physiotherapy, we need the following:

  • A copy of the WorkCover certificate

  • Your workers compensation insurance company details. In particular we need your claim number

  • Your insurance company case manager’s name

  • The date your injury occurred ( if known )

  • The phone number for your claim manager

With this information we can then approach the insurance company to seek approval to start your physiotherapy. Once the claim is approved, we then bill directly to the insurance company.

We have are located within a gym facility, with disability access and convenient parking options.

Motor Vehicle Injuries

Have you been involved in a car accident? You may be eligible for third party insurance physiotherapy.

How Does The CTP System Work in NSW?

If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, a Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurer may cover the cost of your Physiotherapy services.

What is Third Party Insurance?

It is compulsory for all vehicles in NSW to have CTP insurance. Examples of Third Party Insurers are NRMA, Allianz and Suncorp, and many more. If you are involved in an accident, regardless of who was at fault, CTP insurance covers you for your medical treatment including Physiotherapy.

Can I get Physiotherapy treatment before my insurer approves my claim?

Yes, but first, you must be assessed by a GP and gain approval from your insurer for the sessions. You're entitled to up to two sessions while your claim is under review by the insurer.

For specific information regarding your CTP coverage it is best to contact your insurer.

What happens when my insurer approves my claim?

We can continue treatment for your symptoms and we can directly invoice the insurer. This means you will not have to pay up front for your treatment.

What do I bring to my appointment?

  • A current medical certificate from your GP

  • An approved claim number supplied by the CTP insurer

  • If your insurer has NOT approved your claim, you'll need to cover the cost of physiotherapy services.
