Initial Pilates Assessment
We recommend starting with an Initial Pilates Assessment for those with pre-existing injuries and for our pre/postnatal clients. This ensures a tailored and safe Pilates experience, addressing your unique needs and goals.

Cancellation Policy
Regular practice is key to achieving your goals. Please provide at least 18 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session.

  • No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We’ll guide you through each movement and provide modifications to suit your fitness level and experience.

  • Just bring yourself, water, grip socks and a positive attitude! We provide mats and small props, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat/towel if you prefer. Wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing will help your instructor monitor your movements and offer feedback.

  • For best results, we recommend practicing Pilates at least 2x times per week. Consistency is key to improving strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.

  • Yes, Pilates is highly beneficial during pregnancy as it helps maintain strength, flexibility, and posture. However, it’s important to inform your instructor if you’re pregnant so they can modify exercises to suit your stage of pregnancy. Our physiotherapist has additional training in Women's Health and holds pre/postnatal Pilates qualifications to ensure you recieve safe and effective support.

  • Absolutely! Pilates is an excellent way to aid injury rehabilitation by focusing on controlled movements that strengthen and stabilise the body. Our classes, led by a physiotherapist, are particularly effective in supporting recovery from various injuries.

    • Our mentoring is designed for Pilates Group Fitness instructors who are already qualified but want to take their teaching skills to the next level! Whether you're new to teaching or have years of experience, these sessions are perfect for enhancing your anatomical knowledge, refining your teaching skills and gaining confidence in adapting classes to manage injuries effectively.

    • How long are the mentoring sessions? Sessions typically run for 60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on your needs. The cost is $130 for a 60-minute session. During weekdays (Monday to Friday), you can also contact me via email for any additional support or questions!

    • How many sessions will I need? The number of sessions depends on your personal goals. Some instructors find a few sessions sufficient, while others prefer ongoing support.

    • What topics are covered? Sessions focus on deepening anatomical understanding, hands-on teaching skills, injury modifications, and physio-informed insights specific to Pilates and group class planning.

    • Can I get mentoring on specific issues or injuries? Yes, absolutely! We tailor sessions specifically to your needs. Whether you’re needing help with certain injuries, reviewing case studies, mastering class prep, or overcoming imposter syndrome, we’re here to help you build confidence and excel in every aspect of your teaching.
