How We Support Your Postpartum Journey:
Our 10-week physio-led Postpartum Program is designed for mums 6 weeks to 6 months postpartum, focusing on safely rebuilding core strength, restoring pelvic floor function, and easing postnatal aches.
With only four participants per class, you'll get the personalised support you need to feel strong, confident, and ready for all the lifting, feeding, changing, and cuddles that come with life as a new mum. Reconnect with your body and feel empowered in your recovery!

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Initial consultation with our physiotherapist to assess your movement, evaluate your suitability for our group program, establish baseline strength, and begin foundation exercises.

Physio-led small group classes (max 4 participants) held once a week for 10 weeks, following our 3-phase approach to rebuild strength and confidence.
Phase 1 (Weeks 1–3): Reconnect with your core and pelvic floor.
Phase 2 (Weeks 4–7): Build strength and mobility.
Phase 3 (Weeks 8–10): Increase intensity with functional exercises.

Bring your little one along—our pram-friendly space makes it easy to focus on your recovery.
Feel free to bring a carrier, playmat, or toys for their comfort, and use our consult room for feeding as needed.
For safety, we ask that once your baby starts crawling, you transition to our regular group classes.

You can join from 6 weeks postpartum with written medical clearance from your GP or Obstetrician. We also highly recommend a pelvic floor assessment before starting, and we’re happy to refer you to a trusted local women’s health physio if needed!

You can book your Initial Mums and Bubs Postpartum Assessment through our website—just scroll down to our Mums and Bubs section to find it!
If you're a previous client of Kaylana Wellness Collective, you'll still need to do an initial assessment so we can reassess where you're at and tailor your program and exercises to your recovery.

Yes absolutely! Your little one is more than welcome in class. For safety, we jask that they remain in their pram, carrier, or on a play mat next to you during the session. Our physio is more than happy to lend a hand as needed (with your okay, of course!).
Need to pause for a feed, cuddle, or nappy change? No problem! Our sessions are designed to be flexible and supportive, so you can take breaks as needed.
We ask that as soon as your baby begins crawling that you transition into our regular group classes for safety reasons.

That’s exactly what we’re here for! We tailor exercises to support your recovery, ensuring they’re safe for conditions including abdominal separation (diastasis recti), pelvic floor strengthening, incontinence and safely managing prolapse.
We’ll adapt movements and work closely with your pelvic health physiotherapist and healthcare team to ensure the best care for you.

We understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable! To help you stay on track, we offer up to 2 make-up sessions when given 18 hours' notice. Plus, you’ll have access to our home program via our app, so you can stay consistent even if you miss a class.

Yes! Our program is gentle and progressive, taking into account C-section recovery, scar healing, and core rehabilitation. We’ll guide you through safe movements to help you rebuild strength gradually.

Your program will be tailored specifically to you! Expect a mix of core rehab, mat based pilates, full-body strength, posture work, and mobility—all tailored to your postpartum body. We focus on functional strength to help with daily tasks like lifting your baby, feeding, and reducing aches and pains.
