Effective Osteopenia and
Osteoporosis Treatment
Located in Hurstville
Osteopenia and osteoporosis weaken bones, increasing the risk of fractures. Osteopenia is the early stage of bone loss, while osteoporosis causes bones to become fragile and break easily. These conditions often develop silently, but with exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes, bone loss can be slowed or even reversed. With the right support, you can stay active, confident, and in control of your bone health!
