During your first session, we will conduct a thorough assessment to understand your condition, discuss your health history, and set your treatment goals. This helps us create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

No, you don’t need a referral to see a physiotherapist. You can book an appointment directly with us.
However, if you plan to claim through Medicare (Enhanced Primary Care Plan), you will need a current referral from your GP. Once you have the paperwork you can forward it to us at info@kaylanawellnesscollective.com prior to your appointment.

The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your specific condition and goals. After your initial assessment, we’ll provide a recommended treatment plan, which can range from a few sessions to a more extended program.
