Led by our experienced Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, we create tailored exercise programs that meet your specific needs, whether you’re recovering from an injury, pre/post-natal, building strength, or wanting to improve mobility, we have you covered! An initial consultation is required before joining our classes to ensure we can best support your journey.

2. Join us for a Private Session

Attend a Private Session with our physiotherapist, where we take the time to understand your unique movement patterns and learning style. This allows us to tailor exercises and instructions to suit you best. We use a variety of cues and have a keen eye for technique, all while making sure you have fun with movement!

3. Book into our Classes

We understand that consistency is key, which is why we offer home-based support through the Physitrack® app. This digital tool enables you to follow your personalised home exercise program from the comfort of your home. You’ll gain access to an extensive library of exercises and can track your progress in real-time, ensuring you stay on course even outside the clinic. Your physiotherapist will monitor your progress and adjust your plan as you achieve your rehabilitation goals.

  • These semi private classes (maximum 3 participants) offer an individualised exercise programme that is closely supervised and goal orientated to help you recover from an injury.

    This programme uses Pilates and Strength based principles and gym equipment in our exercise studio.

    All programmes are designed by our experienced Physiotherapists with formalised reviews every 12 weeks as a minimum.
