As the Director and Principal Physiotherapist, I have a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and 10 years of experience in the Pilates industry. My approach blends evidence-based physiotherapy with a holistic, whole-person philosophy. I believe in treating more than just symptoms—together, we’ll create a personalised plan that’s all about you and your goals.
